A Day Later….

We had 1/2″ of snow fall last night and I must be getting old. I didn’t want to go out in it. Brrrrr! But after watching a couple Facebook videos of giant jungle snakes (!) I decided wandering in the snow isn’t so bad. I’m drawn to this spot in back of the compost pile. Yesterday I painted this same view, so I thought it’d be fun to show how different things can look with a light cover of snow.

And here’s my favorite cat buddy, Picasso. He likes to come by and check on his mommy now and then.

It was a lucky day: no snow fell off a tree onto my palette — or down the back of my neck. It’s happened……!
