Begone, tasteful beiges! Bring on the screaming purples, oranges, yellows and greens! That fabric is actually quite a beautiful, intricate woven piece I found in a tiny shop down in Peru some years ago. Some of the figures are llamas, bats, condors, ducks, dogs and ? who knows! I’ve always loved it and finally decided to pair it with purple tulips from the grocery store. I’d love to grow them in my yard but the deer move in at nightfall, mowing everything to the ground. The yellow striped vase was a hoot! I’ll have to use that again. Hmmm…. what next? A return to the “Peeled Orange” series? Stay tuned!
