There was a blank spot on the lower left. What to do with it? This morning I glanced out the bedroom window and got my answer: leaves! So I scampered about. happily gathering the prettiest ones. I might be done with the leaves; maybe, maybe not. I’ll see in the morning. And I’m still waiting on that stubborn purple paint to dry. It’s very transparent and has to dry before I can add another layer.
Here’s a closeup of some of the added leaves. That’s a shaman’s rattle made from a turtle shell and rabbit fur, by the way.

And here’s another snipped of leaves. That feather is from a female condor. I got it when I was on a trip to Peru with a group studying the shamans. Wild times!
