Lots of passing rainstorms around here, so I set up a new still life in the studio. That Indian corn is at least 2 years old. I learned to save it, as fewer farmstands have been offering it in the past few years. That metal “basket” is a challenge to draw, but it’s that — or go pull weeds or run the lawn mower.
