I’d been thinking about doing this scene for well over a month, But yardwork took precedence! The snow could fly at any time. Then I fell a week ago and broke my left kneecap. But I’m able to hobble out to the studio, thanks to a state-of-the-art leg brace. Today I started mushing things in. A perfect day for it, too: dark and dreary. I made up the background: a foreboding view of Lake Michigan. The poor, withering pumpkin, teeth buckling, is starting to droop. Got about as far with it today as I could. Too gooey to go further! Stay tuned….
