I’m a swamp person. Definitely not a desert person. I love muck and moisture. Humidity enough to curl your hair. Lucky me: there’s a swamp and a creek in back of my studio. I love going back there to paint! Today was our first gorgeous day of the year and I just had to go back there and paint. Picasso, my devoted cat, hung by me the whole time, giving moral support in exchange for tummy rubs.
