Today’s dilemma: do I spend 3 hours on the road to go plein air painting with friends out on the icy-cold lakeshore — or do I hunker down in a nice, warm studio with the cats? The snow was blowing. The roses were starting to wilt. Plus — I’d gotten my 2nd Covid shot yesterday afternoon and was feeling just a little bit tired. As you can see, the roses won out. Still a ways to go, but progress is being made!
