Remember the last painting I did with these orchids? I went on and on about how I preferred to use lots of complimentary colors in a painting. I’d used these same rusty-peachy orchids with a sort of turquoise background. Pontificated on how paintings using lots of complimentary colors always seem to jump off the wall. Well, haha — I don’t know why, but I kind of fell in love with this fabric. What can I say? I was a music major. Ignore what I say. Just go with the goosebumps..…
