Pumpkins, Antlers, Plastic Jack-o-Lantern…..

‘Tis the month for pumpkins, indeed, And that fabric — I bought that on a trip in Peru back around 1995. Hand-woven, in a little shop in some jungle town. Turkey feathers were picked up in my woods. Same for the deer antlers. The initial inspiration for this piece came from a cast-off plastic jack-o-lantern I found in a garage sale down the street.
