I had planned to go out plein air painting again today, but ended up spending half the day in the ER. Crazy tests, but all they could decide on was that I had arthritis and needed to wear compression stockings. So no surgery! Good news! When I finally got home, it was way too late to get out and paint. Shadows were longer than I liked. And it was only in the 50’s up here. My cats were demanding attention and service. So that’s my excuse for digging up a painting from the past. And never fear: I have plenty of pumpkin paintings left….
