It’s still lifes like this that make me look forward to getting back outside and doing plein air landscapes! Good heavens, this was complicated. I still have some touch-ups to do. And I might add another back-lit leaf. A couple leaves have opened since I began this painting and I like the bright, green-yellow back-lit color. We’ll see “what the morrow brings”….
