I sat INSIDE my studio, looking out the window, painting this. Maybe some wouldn’t say it’s truly “plein air” (painted in the plain air), but it was the next best thing. I have painted outside in the middle of a raging blizzard, and let me tell you — it’s next to impossible. Your palette gets covered in snow. So this is what my setup looked like today:

Hey Margie,

Thanks, Rebecca. This has been the most confusing couple of months! Things are still quite messed up (can’t get my printer to print, etc). I feel like I’ve just finished running a marathon and have been put onto a plane, heading for Nepal, where as soon as it lands, I’ll be joining an expedition to climb Mt. Everest…..

I am really sorry things are tough and wish I were close enough to help.
Hugs!

It’s like I ended up with a Lamborghini when all I wanted was a little pickup truck.

You showed up in my feed today 😁 It has only taken a month or more but I’m glad you are back. I don’t comment much but I enjoy watching your progress and comments as you paint the life around you. You bring joy to so many people with your talents.
