“Put On a Happy Face”

OK! I’m pronouncing this “done”! The inspiration for this one came a couple weeks ago when I was at an estate sale near Traverse City. It was filled with all kinds of marvelous oddities (of course, “junk” to others). I found a stack of 8 vintage Chinese masks and immediately envisioned them in a painting with teacups. So that’s been my job for the past week and a half. Now I’m going out to work in the garden! Snow’s mostly gone.
