I made myself return to the studio this afternoon and slug away on this. It’s so close to being done. Hoping my muse comes to visit at some point during the night (or first thing in the morning), giving me a clue about what it needs.
Painted all afternoon on my new estate-sale chair. Found out it’s a birthing chair! But never mind that — it’s really quite comfortable!

I confess. This painting has NOT been my favorite. I have not enjoyed watching you paint. WOW! Now that it is almost done, I love it! The greenery gives it such delicate flair. This is one I would enjoy seeing daily!
