I haven’t had a lot of time to spend in the studio lately due to art openings, doctor’s appointments, etc. But I did get out there for about an hour tonight. Surprisingly, the late-day lighting was really good. I saw things I hadn’t noticed in the bright, mid-day sun. I’m starting to like this painting again. But I DO look forward to getting out and doing some plein air landscapes again.
