I’m calling this “done”. Those butterflies about did me in! That bright blue butterfly up on the left seemed to call for too much attention, so I added the turkey feather (lower right) to kind of draw the eye back in. As usual, the most enjoyable things to paint were the two big shells. The biggest one came from a garage sale in Farmington Hills about 30 years ago. The butterflies were from a Facebook Marketplace ad. Ah, the thrill of “junking”!
