Hands and Face

I’m trying something new (for me): starting out with a grisaille technique. Shades of gray. I’m always up for experimenting and so far I like it. I’m looking at a photograph and drawing from that. As usual, there are lots of wiping out and changes. Glasses! Glasses are a bitch! Later I’ll come back with color.

OK, now the hands. Maybe that one finger needs to be shortened. Tomorrow I’ll walk into the studio, see it and know instantly what’s wrong!
