Portraits are pretty challenging, but they say if you do something 10,000 times, you could possibly be considered an expert. If nothing else, it’s a nice break from painting landscapes. No weeds to pull, no grass to cut right now (although we now have snow to shovel). Masks are from my travels in Mexico and Peru (and estate sales). Turkey was from a moving sale. And as I always say, someday they’ll be fighting over this!
