Slough Road

My setup along the side of Slough Road.

Sunny skies were in the forecast but at best we only got hazy skies. I went out along Slough Road (NE of Ellsworth) and found this view. By the time I finished, the sky was completely overcast. Hoping for blue skies again real soon, before we lose the pretty fall colors.

Slough Road starts out as blacktop, then changes to gravel, gradually changing to a narrow, muddy road that winds through deep woods. Lots of seasonal roads back there in the deep maple woods that suddenly stop. Kind of reminds me of “Deliverance” when I go back there….
