Yesterday I thought all I had to do today was sharpen-up the rose petals. Well, ha ha on me! Soon as I walked into the studio I saw I had to change around some of the background fabric. Oil paint takes forever to dry, so after I mooshed over some spots, I spent the rest of the day painting details on 3 of the sides. I guess I feel morally obligated to paint all the sides, rather than leaving them blank.
Thought you’d like to see the deer herd that swing by here every day. I have to sneak up on them to take a photo and hide behind the geraniums on the windowsill. Those deer see me through the window and run like hell. Good eyesight!
