I started painting in the blue design this morning, hoping to give the effect of it laying flat and receding. As opposed to making it look like it was standing straight up, like wallpaper. Tricky! I ended up wiping off the part to the left of the cat and re-coating it with the orange tone. I’ll get back to this when it’s dry enough (in a day or two). Fabric is tricky! Oh, and I also distorted the lines by Mr. Wonderful’s paws, as if he’d been clawing at them. Oh, and I’ll need to give him a few claws….
