Plein Air Owl

That’s a cement owl. He sits on a tree stump right outside my studio. I’d planned on going out plein-air painting today, but a big storm put an end to that idea. So I set up my easel and a comfortable chair on the front porch of my studio. My cats really enjoyed the convenience of my being there to constantly let them in/let them out/give treats, etc. The sun finally came out when I was finishing up.
