It definitely had a “wow factor”. I was in a farmer’s market yesterday, looking for Indian corn, when I spied a big crate of cauliflower. Unlike the grocery store cauliflower, all the leaves had been left on. “Wow!” I thought. And bought three.
I only had about 1 hour to work on this yesterday. Hopefully the leaves haven’t shriveled up too badly over night. Never thought I could feel so excited about cauliflower.
