I’d started this several days ago but couldn’t get back to finishing it until today. At the time, all I had was a very frizzed-out #4 flat brush and I needed something smaller to get the blooms in. And I was wrecked — had taken a tumble some time ago and it’s left me pretty sore & exhausted. But today I was determined to finish it. Kind of chilly and windy here, so I stayed inside the studio.
Here’s my setup from the other day. This was at King Orchards on US 31, south of Eastport:
This morning I bought a couple ears of corn and started some 8×16″ studies “for peoples’ kitchens”. Will finish them in the morning.
