…And it’s the best kind of day to be in the studio, working on a happy, sunny painting! My Internet was down most of the day yesterday (solar flares?) so I couldn’t post. All the flowers are from my yard. I think I’d like a sunny sky and maybe a lily pond in the background. I rooted around in the back room and picked out a vase. And the other day I found this antique tablecloth in an antique store:
Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow, so maybe I can make up a lot of headway…..

… It is raining at my house this afternoon. We are so thankful! The ground has been cracking open because it has been so dry- and sweltering hot.
