
The rain held off just long enough for me to paint this today. Guyer Creek twists and turns and runs all through my property. It’s what sold me on this house. I love painting it in all times of the year. Today I had to lay down some old boards to stand on — or I’d have sunk into the mud. See my setup below:

Mosquitoes were wicked as usual. Wore a hat to keep the blackflies from chewing my scalp. Bluejays chased each other and spiders drifted past my face on long strands. All in all, a good day.
I used “artistic license” to eliminate the bridge:
