After weeks and weeks of the most depressingly-gray skies, a clear blue sky opened up this afternoon, shocking us all. I’m still recovering from the flu – ugh! – but how could I possibly not get out there and crank out at least one painting? I somehow ended up on Bennett Road (yes, again!) and stood in the chilly shade to paint this. And all my brushes were so horribly frayed. Excuses, excuses!
