Edge of the Orchard

My setup in the shade.

Last week I picked up an old wooden bench at an estate sale, thinking it’d be a nice place to sit out in my orchard. Well, ha ha — who has time to sit? Summer days are a mish-mosh of gardening, weeding, lawn care, laundry and (last but not least) painting. Originally I’d thought it’d be nice to sit on this bench and paint.

As usual, my little art critic, Picasso, came along and offered moral support.
