Bright sunlight put a halt to painting today, shining through the back of my canvas about 4 PM. As if this one isn’t difficult enough! But it was a good day. Listened to Keb’ Mo’. Had raw kale salad for lunch. Supervised by adoring cats. Progress! I had to set this one on the floor to get a halfway decent photo.

Just stick a piece of corrugated cardboard behind it. Or masonite.

Ha ha! A good idea. Big pieces of cardboard are in short supply around here. I lay those in my garden to block the weeds.
